I have a NEW (50 hrs) 5085e 2015Y.
squeeling from rear SCV (selector control valve).... hydraulic lines VIBRATE HEAVILY!!
Particularly "after" the hydraulic oil gets warm it is worse but does it always.
At idle the "rear SCV" has a fairly quite but noticable "clicking", clicks about 300 times per second.
Then as throttle is advanced, starting at 1200 rpm and stopping at 1400 rpm, then quiet until 1800 rpm and then noisy again till about 2100rpm...
The noise from the SCV is a VERY NOTICABLE vibrating/squelling noise.
I have been around a lot of tractors for may years and NEVER had one with this kind of SQUEALING from the hydraulics.
The FUNNY thing is at 1500rpm until 1800rpm the "NOISE IS TOTALLY GONE"!!!
Does anyone else have this modal of tractor who could confirm what "they" here as normal from their SCV on the rear during the above desicribed rpm's.???
Any opinions and/or observations MUCH appreciated.
The dealer and JOHN DEERE company tech says it is normal.
Funny, the JOHN DEERE company tech NEVER SAW MY TRACTOR and yet he says it is normal???????????????????/////
Thanks for the help!!
