2012 John Deere 5093E
My 2012 5093E is in the shop for the third time to have the expansion valve replaced..Any ideas what may be causing them to fail?

My 1st guess would be inferior quality parts built in a foreign country.

Have they put a new dryer on? Or any other parts besides the expansion valve?

Shouldn't be going through expansion valves like that. I've never had that happen. Something else is going on. Hope they figure it out.

Tractor is back...I guess I just expect too much..Temp here yesterday was 93..Air vent temp was 57..John Deere tells dealer that generally speaking if vent temp is at least 30 degrees below ambient air temperature that is all they require of dealers..This tractor pulls more air through the outside vents than the inside vents so I guess that's about all it's gonna do but on a 100 degree sunny day that cab is like an oven and air vent temp of 70 is not gonna keep me from sweating..I guess that's why I see so many tractors with tinted windows.. Pretty disappointing for a $50,000.00 tractor..
