My guess as to what is wrong is that it doesn’t start......

By the way, if it were me, I’d pull the battery out to charge it so that the charger is plugged directly into the outlet as opposed to being plugged into a power strip that’s plugged into an extension cord.

lol i had to share this cause due to not having a larger charger the neighbor felt it better to use 5 of them - had it going in no time, dual batteries are harder to charge up
