Wow, that ole' girl looks to be in decent shape. It's be a shame to cut it up... A lot of times dirt tracks look for something like this to maintain their tracks. I'd Craigslist it, or post it on some heavy equipment forum, or H/E collector sites... I'll bet someone is looking for parts for one.., somewhere..!!
Looks like it is gear/mechanical lift on the moldboard... Those old Galion graders that had it, were hard on the wrists..!!
