wanted to give everybody an update about the issue I had on my new machine. The machine was low on coolant after I just picked it up from the dealer. I was not happy, and spoke to brason about it. In the end they really made sure I was happy. The district manager called me directly and set up for the dealer to pic the machine up and fully go over it. Dealer is about 3 hours away. Dealer picked the machine up fully checked everything and changed all fluid and filters free of charge. They really wanted to make sure I was happy. The district manager also calls me Periodically to make sure I'm still happy with the machine and asked how I'm liking it. I also had a bent pin on the backhoe and they overnighed me a new one. Anytime I called the District manager he pics up or calls me right back. I've owned a bobcat, Kioti ,mahindra and never got service like this. I'm not just saying this because I own a branson, but they truly stand behind there products. Can't say Enough about the district mangar. Very caring and wants to make sure your happy with your machine.
