5303 spungy brakes

On my 2008 5303 the left side brake has to be pumped one time to get it to normal. First pump pedal depresses almost to the bottom of the stroke step on the peddle once and it gets tight at about the same place as the right side. I think there maybe some air in the line. I can't find a bleeder. Could someone please help me with this. Brakes work fine even when you first step on them I would just like them to fell the same.

The bleeder is on the top of the axle housing at 12 o'clock, right where the housing bolts to the transmission case
