Hi all,
just joined this site as I have been searching the net and came across this forum while looking for info on tractors.
I recently purchased a 70 acre property which the previous owners had for 8 years and did not do any work to it. It has creeks running through and a large dam area which are heavily overgrown with tea tree and other shrubs.
I have looked at a few used tractors 5435, 5445 and 5455 and a 4255 which are around my area but some have suggested they could be to big for the property.
At first most of the work will be loader work clearing bush around these water areas and re establishing access tracks through the property.
The property does still have good clear paddocks which we are going to run sheep on.
Once I have the place cleaned up and running which may take a couple of years, the usual tractor work will be ploughing, spraying, slashing and general loader work.
Any opinions would be appreciated,
