545D 3pt lift problems

I had an intermittent lift problem a few weeks back with my 1997 NH 545D, after messing around with all the top and tilt levers for a while, it started lifting the Gannon again.

Fast forward to a couple days ago, I fired up the tractor and it wouldn't lift the Gannon at all. Its got fluid, all the remotes work perfectly. I pulled the hydraulic lift cover off to check the draft and lift lever linkage all I found were some fairly worn O-rings which I put on order. The lift cylinder assembly itself looks brand new. Keep in mind the 3pt has worked perfectly since I bought it approximately 6 months ago.

Is there something I'm overlooking? Is there a flow control valve that diverts fluid pressure to the remotes vice the 3pt? All the schematics I found do not represent exactly what I have on my tractor. This machine does have a rear end cooler and 4 remotes.

My first post also, I've got 2 545d's so at least I'm familiar. Never had this issue but there is a flow control for the 3pt down by your right ankle, kinda a half moon shaped knob. Probably not your issue but just FYI . Have u changed your hyd filter under left floor plate lately? Also you probably know this but the oil supply for the 3pt is in rear axle, dipstick to ck level is under left side of seat, if it's been run with leaky remote cylinders could be low. Front tank in nose is only for loader supply. Got many hrs on her? Good luck, Brian

The flow control you mentioned has no knob (or provision for one) on it so I am not sure how any adjustment is done. I am going to change all the filters on the machine with a fluid change in the rear end. (I need to drop the transfer case and inspect it, as I have a clatter type noise coming from there only in 4wd) The fluid level was not low in the rear end, and this particular machine the loader reservoir is on the bottom of the RH loader upright.
