545DTC brake boot blows open

Brake boot on either side of rear wheels will blow open intermittently. Looks like return line from side of hydraulic lift assembly will have excessive flow/pressure sending fluid to return side of brake housings. Before I go opening it up has anyone had this problem and if so what did you find? Thanks Byron
