Now, we need a little more information if we are going to be able to be of any help to you.

died and wont start

doesn't tell us much. Could be out of fuel, but could be a locked up engine.

We need to know stuff like: was the temperature and oil pressure normal when it died? will the starter motor turn it over, but it just won't run? etc.
