5610 with code 21-03 Glow plug Error Off wont start

I have a 5610 Tool cat that has the code 21-03 Glow plug Error OFF , it was running fine I shut it off and now it wont start. any ideas Thanks

Check all fuses. Change glow plug relay. Code means the controller is not detecting power at the relay. :thumbsup:
