My dad just bought an 80s case 580B tractor. The previous owner put new (for the tractor) cylinders for the steering. The tractor will not steer to the right while stationary. It can turn while in motion. The left steering is fine. The wheels also turned all the way to the right when he was using it and hit a rut in the mud.
With the left steering functioning properly, we think one of the cylinders might not be holding pressure or there might be an issue with the steering valve.
I searched but could not find anyone with a similar problem or a solution to the issue.
