I hope everybody is having a beautiful day!
I have around 1400 ft of gravel driveway from the road. We had a few potholes that come back in heavy rain situations. In the past we would just add more rock to the situation to "fix" the problem.
With a load of rock costing us around $540 delivered these days I thought I would give a land plane a try to see if we could stop having to get loads of rock added.
I went with the dirt dog simply because of the ease of purchase from the website. I cover cost in the video. I went with a 60" instead of a 48" because you get the ripper shanks on the 60"
I have used it 4 times this summer on the driveway and for 2 different dirt projects and I have to say I am really happy with the purchase!
Here are more details on the purchase and how I use it on the property! I hope it helps you make a decision if you are on the fence about purchasing a Land Plane.
