I recently traded a 4' bushhog for a 5' finish mower made by continental belton It uses three 20" blades .
Of course the blades arent setup for my backwards turning pto ..
BUT the blades are held on with left hand thread bolts and i have located some CCW blades assuming ccw blades are what i need which i had it fliped over and turned the pto shaft the direction the tractor would turn it and it seemed correct.
Question is this are the left hand thread bolts that hold the blades on going to present a problem with running loose?
Also the unit has another discharge port that has a plate bolted over it once i get new blades will i need to use this discharge port in lieu of the left hand side one that is already open?
