Ever since I bought this 6010nx it's been a chore to get in M gear, and that where I obviously do most my work, it's highly annoying and only real problem I've ever had with this tractor

I have 80 hours now and it still drives me crazy, my dealer is 4 hours away and I really don't want to be bothered with taking it in, anyone know a solution?

Normal. Slightly thought the throttle forward or rearward until the non-synchronized gears can mesh up and you can shift into gear. Rattle it in the gear once the gear is gated. My tractor since day one did the same thing but occasionally popped out of low and mid gear with the lever going forward except when I rattled the gear. I suspect a ever-so-slightly bent shift fork but Kioti denied my warranty.

The range shift is not synchronized. I use the linked peddle and bump it neutral so the engine revs up and back down and it falls in.
Don't force it or you will end up with bent parts

I notice this is worse if I leave my tractor outside in the cold. I do not have this issue when I keep it indoors in my heated garage. Hitting the forward or reverse pedal slightly allows it to drop right in when cold.

The procedure in from my 2011 DK35SE HST operator's manual (see attached page) always works for me. The instruction is confusing--they say to depress the pedal slightly to prevent the gears rotating, without mentioning which pedal (i.e. brake or HST?). Then they say to shift with the brake pedal and front/rear driving pedals depressed (does that mean front OR rear or front AND rear?).

What I find consistently works is to apply the brake pedal and gradually apply the forward pedal while gently moving the shift lever. At times my tractor has a tendency to slowly creep backwards if not in neutral and using the forward HST pedal seems more consistent than using the backward pedal in the above procedure. Depressing the brake pedal definitely seems to help. I never need to force the lever if I gradually depress the HST pedal and slowly push the shift lever. It also seems easier at lower engine speeds.
