Well good news. My tractor was recovered in Waller County Texas and I received it back in Feb. I've been busy working offshore and haven't checked the board in a few months. My thanks to Mahindra for flaging my tractor. Can't ask for any better service than that. I got my tractor back in perfect shape, with only 8 hours added to it. Thanks to everyone for their support.

Yeah, it was definately someone that did their homework. The police said it wouldn't be surprising if it was someone I knew.
I'm in the process of dealing with the insurance now, so hopefully in another month or two I will be back in business. The only thing not covered was the trailer, so I'm out that and my down payment. I guarantee the next one I get will be stored in a secure storage lot. It's worth the $50 a month. I'm just glad the horses didn't get out of the cut fence and wander down the highway.

Now that you got the tractor back are you going to have to return the insurance settlement money back to the insurance company?

Sorry for the late reply. Luckily I was offshore when the tractor was recovered and hadn't signed the insurance papers. The only money I was out was for a new trailer ($3200) and the money for recovery and storage fee's ($1200). Let's say my lesson was learned, the $50 a month for storage is well worth it.

As far as the tractor goes, I absolutely love it still. No problems at all, fires up every time, and mows a **** of a lot quicker than my old worn out 9N. The only issues I've had is with constantly having to fix welds on the Howse implements that came with the tractor. Seems like every time I turn around I run into someone who own a Mahindra and loves it.
