Hope you have better luck than me. I finally got rid of the pos.
My dealer took good care of me and replaced all the bent turnbuckles and pins for free. The same day I got it back my fiance was mowing the lawn and the same exact thing happened again. Instead of calling them again I heated it up and bent it back then drilled out the turnbuckle and placed a 5/8 nut and bolt through it. I have mowed for months since and not had the problem again.
