6500 PTO shaft wobble

I just bought a new 6500, after about 25 hours of hard work I noticed that the pto shaft seal was leaking. After examining the problem I noticed the pto shaft had a slight wobble when turning. I called the dealer that I purchased it from and he told me that they had not seen this problem before but to bring it in and they would fix it. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

when i got my 4110, my dealer didn't cut the pto shaft on my winch short enough, so when i raised it up, it pushed in the pto on the tractor. your problem sounds the same as mine. all they had to do was replace the seal, it didn't do any other damage. i did not however notice if the pto on the tractor was loose though (wobbling). i saw the oil and just brought it to the dealer and they took care of it.

Thaks for your reply. On mine if you look at the pto as its turning the shaft looks out of round if that makes sense. Hopefully after the dealer fixes it I won't have anymore problems with it.
