I think you are in Canada. I'm not sure if you all have the same.........crap gasoline that we use down here, but if you do.......that's your problem. The carb is getting 'gunked up' by the new fuel.
Use stabil in any gasoline that you keep more than 30 days. Use premium gasoline if possible, there seems to be less problems with it. Try using carb cleaner mixed with the fuel and see if it cleans it up...........but it probably won't.
My local 'saw shop' has been using drill bits (turning them by hand), to remove the deposits from the carb jets left by this 'new fuel'.
