67 John Deere 3020 trans/hyd leak

Like I said before, I REALLY appreciate the help. My only thought on the bulletin is that it seems like that is a fix for the issue of the hydraulics not working after the tractor has been running a while in neutral or with the clutch disengaged. Just a thought before I order those parts

The JD bulletin is to correct hyd oil drain back to sump that causes chattering on initial start up.
