674 International power steering problem

I have a 674 International that I'm having problems with. When I changed the hydraulic fluid and filter, the power steering quit working. I jacked it up and cycled the steering for 20 minutes left to right and that didn't help. The the 3 point lift works, the front end loader hydraulics work, but no power steering. Can anybody help please?
