Jul 3, 2005 / 6V-53 in a 1 ton Chevy?

I am looking for a 6V-53 Detroit with a 5 speed to put in an early 80's 1 ton Chevy. It will fit, I have seen one that a guy out of Cheshire CT drag races. I'm looking for an engine somewhere in New England. This will be a father daughter project (Dad will build it and the Daughter will drive it)
