I was thinking about making an offer on a 8' ford 716 back blade, it tilts but it will not rotate even with the selector pin completely clear. There appears to be no external damage do you think its rusted up inside and can it be freed up, or should i steer clear of it. Any help would be appreciated as i need to make an offer tomorrow. Thanks
