My 72' belly mower is about shot and is no longer available from John Deere. Any thoughts on where I can find a serviceable used one?

They crop up on CL and eBay every now and again. Expect to have some repairs to make though.
Too bad you are so far away (I'm in Michigan). I have one used only a few times that I could sell you. I tried it on my 1070. Same mower deck. In excellant condition. I prefer a rear mower because of my periodic haymaking needs.
