After searching for a snow blade for my sub-compact tractor, I decided to go with an American Eagle blade for the Gator. The Deere quick hitch front blade doesn't come any wider than 54" and although it's a hydraulic lift/tilt system, at almost $1500 it was significantly more than the less than $600 for the American Eagle system.
Yet to be seen how well it plows, but if it works like I think it will, I'll be able to leave the FEL on my tractor for moving the piles of snow at the end of our street by the snow plow company. Plus I'll be able to buy a 3 pt. rake & blade with the savings.
Supposed to be here Friday. Assembly and mounting details to follow .......
