I have a 7200 with a 3 cylinder mits. It blew a line on the loader so I removed it per the directions on the sticker. When I went to reinstall the loader the pressure pipe, which has a previous repair, sprung a leak..This is the pipe which runs from the hydraulic pump on the left side of the motor to the hydraulic hook ups on the right side. When you remove the loader, you have a hose left on the tractor, should this hose be connected to the fitting on the hydraulic block. Did the pressure pipe blow because that hose was not hooked back into the system to relieve pressure? The pipe is $310 any suggestion for a cheaper fix. The Pipe has been brazed in the center section where it goes under the motor. Think I could replace it with a hose.

What is a 7200? Manufacturer and model number.

In general when you remove a loader including the valve, you have to jumper the two lines/hoses from the hyd block, to have flow back to 3pt and tank.

If the loader valve stays with the tractor, just plug the work ports.

On my 7205, you have to take the line that has the quick connect in the middle of the line and plug that back into the loader block. You plug it into the connection that does not have the cap hanging from it. You also need to toggle the selector valve on the loader block.

J_J, I think the 7200's came out in mid to late 90s or so. I have a 7234 that I have had since new, that was manufactured in 1996, I have the date/production run somewhere. At that time the smallest of the series was a 7194, 19HP, then 723X (various 23hp configurations 7232, 7234,7235) and then 727X (various 27hp configurations, 7272,7274, 7275). I think the 7200 was a production change to a slightly different motor, and became a 20hp and the next one up was a 26hp instead of the 23hp like I have. At that time I'm quite sure they were all Mitsubishi engine and drivetrain. Good tractors!
