723 FEL Weight

Okay guys......been lurking for several months, but now I need some help. Just bought a 2004 L3130 w/723 loader and would like to know the combined weight. Found the tractor weight easily, but can't find the weight of the loader, anywhere ! Guess I'm just dense, or somthin'.... I'll be trailering the rig occasionally and need to buy a trailer that will handle it. Any help for this "newbie" ?

I have the Woods loader on my 3130. I think it weighs 800# plus the bucket and tooth bar, so figure 1100-1300lbs. I don't think the 723 would weigh much different.

For a trailer I have a 20' 10,000lb GVWR. So far I have been able to haul everything I need. I do hang over on the back a little when I haul the loader/bucket and bushhog. But usually when I have to haul the bushhog I drop the bucket.

From the Kubota website an L3130 HST weighs 3305, the LA723 weight is not listed but the LA724 loader (L40 series) weighs 970 without bucket. The LA723 should be in the same ballpark.

The add 120 lbs to the 3305 if you have R4 industrial tires. The La723 Shipping weight 1s 1058 before loader valve approx 30 lbs, and before bucket. 290 lbs square back pin on to 396 lbs for the q/a heavy duty bucket before bolt on edge. Also add 125 lbs for the quick attach isf you have one.
Do you know if the tries were filled with calcium or anti-freeze? You would be adding 300 lbs per side if they are filled.

I agree with hunterridge. A 10K 20 footer will give you room for all your implement needs.
