I have a cub 7275 with a loader, 3pt. backhoe, brush cutter, and york rake. I have owned it for approx. 6 years. I was using it this weekend to move the chicken coop . I noticed that the right front wheel appeared to be loose. I checked the wheel bolts but they were tight.
The axle itself is pulling out of the hub assembly. By the time I made it back to the garage the Right fron wheel was completly locked. I was able to back the machine in while dragging the front wheel. I was not able to do anything with the tractor other than jack up one side.
Being that new parts for this machine are so expensive. I was hoping to fine a used front axle assembly that I could just bolt on without having to tear apart the hub. Is there anyone who has had any experience similar to this. Any advice on the best way to proceed with this repair would be great. Also a resource for used parts would be great.
