730 Ford 4000 putting it back together Injectors

So I dropped a valve and pulled the top of the engine off, my ignorance, I pulled the injectors apart as I pulled them from the engine rather than just pulling the whole injector, without having to but a bunch of tools that I will probably never use again, has anyone have any suggestions on how I might just guesstimate reassembling the injector with a best guess on the spring adjustment.

I see new ones with shipping on Ebay run $48 each so now that you had the head redone you may consider putting another $150 into the tractor for new injectors.

Thanks, I had browsed across some parts for this tractor and when I saw the price of the injector pump I made an assumption that the injectors would be expensive too, but was really surprised, thanks.

Wanted to thank everyone for their help, the head and injectors got the old girl running like new, I'm guessing, because I was 5 when she was new
