I just bought a used 7308 loader for on my TC33D. It came off a TC30 and comes with the pedastal mounted joystick valve & all the mounting hdwe. from the TC30. My TC33D doesn't have the fender mounted valve or the "loader ready" package. Will all the mounting brackets from the tc30 work , or do I need different brackets & hdwe to make it fit ? Will the valve & pedestal work on my '33 ?? I have a 6' 914A MMM I use on the tractor too........will the loader mounts compromise the mounts for the mower ?? Anyone know what I'm getting into here ?? Should I try this myself, or have the dealer do it ?? Is the hyd tap in for the loader valve going to be able to use the fittings I got from the TC30 ?? Thanks in advance............Tom

Got it installed & modified to work with the pedestal mtd valve from the TC30. Changed out the steel lines from the manifold block to the valve with hi pressure hyd hoses & modified the mtg bracket to clear the hood. Next time I'll just do it without asking for advice since no one out of 90 viewers could bother to reply. You would think at least 1 person here would have installed one of these loaders before........but maybe not...................BTW ...I also modified my tilting grill guard to work with the loader front mount assy which NH said is not possible................

Glad to hear you got it to fit. I just noticed this thread and my first thought was that it wouldn't fit without some involved modifications. If possible could you post some pictures up of the modifications you had to do? It might be of use to some of the other members in the future.

C'mon, Tom. Me thinks you are being a little too harsh. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

How many people on TBN do you think installed their own FEL? I imagine 99.99% either buy their tractor with it already installed or, if they buy one later, they have a dealer do it.

There used to be a few NH techs on the site & I was looking for their input, or even a sales rep would know if he sold the loader/tractor separately & added it together later.

Yeah, most of the New Holland techs don't show much anymore.

I did see you got some worthwhile advice at the other place you posted.

Maybe the other 89 were like me; I didn't know how to help so I didn't reply when I viewed it. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Several years ago when I first got the TC33D, I had a no start problem when the tractor had 8 hours on it. I posted about the problem, within a day I had 2 NH techs send replys about a TSB on the bad ignition switches, & even had another TBN'r go out of his way to call his dealer to get a copy of the NH "ASIST" network service bulletin on the switch problems, which in turn he faxed me the same day. I didn't know any of these people from Adam, but they bent over backwards to help a stranger (abiet another fellow TBN'r)..with a question/problem. ........Where have the wonderful people like these all gone ?? Please no offence meant to those who did reply............

Not at all offended, I viewed your post and all I could think was get a torch, a welder, and some steel...I've got a 7308 on my 33D and figured there had to be a way, just not sure where to start.
