Just for grins, it's lunch time, and I am bored.... I called. The seller wasn't available, but his wife had some information. He currently has 2 Kubota's for sale. She didn't say anything about the MF (maybe it was sold)

1988, M6950, 2,500 hours: $13,500
1987 M6950, ???? hours, $16,500 (She didn't have the hours on hand)

My guess is that this guy picks 'em up cheap, reconditions them and makes a little money.

The KUBOTA M6950DT is a 66 PTO horse, 4 cylinder (243 CID), 12fwd/4rev speed, farm tractor. It was made from 1983 to 1993. The average hours for this machine are from 3130 for the '93 up to 5740 for the '83. The average resale value for the M6950 with 4WD and a loader is from $15,488 to $22,804. Subtract $2,000 if the M6950 is 2WD. If it has been used in a dair/livestock setting, it will be worth quite a bit less.
Sounds to me like $13,500 is a very good price. Better check it over with a fine tooth comb though to be safe.
