Trying to make this thing come alive running into a few problems.Ive changed the oil rebuilt carb cleaned out gas tank .Not sure if the switch is working I can get test light showing power to the regulator but none going to starter, starter works spun it over with jump box .Are there any levers pedals that need to be in certain place just got it not sure of a lot of things about it.Compression is good.Any ideas will try anything
