7520 maintenance

Hello to all here!! I stumbled across this site a few weeks ago and signed right up.
I had a 4500 4WD and traded up to a 7520 FEL recently. I personally feel that both are great machines, especially for the money.
I am getting ready to do my 50 hr maintenance and was wondering how many of you here have very much experience with 7520 yet ?? Power steering return filter and the service reminder light / buzzer reset ?? Any shortcuts to recommend ?I have a great dealer but they are too far away to visit very often.
I am a Machinist and aircraft mechanic so I almost always do my own maintenance. One common issue that I have noticed between both the 4500 and the 7520, is that the manuals are a little contradictory and somewhat vague. Can anyone else add to this ?
I will be glad to share all service info as I come across it. Thanks for your time.

As you are a professional wrencher, suggest you spring for the Parts manual and the Service Manual. I have a 6000 4WD and was luck enough to find both on EBAY for about $6 each (I got to steal them, based on what Mahindra wanted). You will find everything you need to know there -- and more. I decided to jump in here as the 7520 and 6000 share the same power plant, except that the 7520 adds the turbo unit. Good luck! BobG in VA

Tydog, I looked in my service manual today, and this is what I found regarding the service light & buzzer. I looked for the power steering filter, all I found was that it is a 25 micron filter and this drawing. Hopefully these will be of some help.

As your facing the cover on the fusebox, look to the upper left side the fusebox. There is a black cap that appears to be covering an empty fuse holder. Take your tail light fuse and stick it in there to keep from fighting a paper clip to stay in it. Turn the ignition to one click before starting and wait 10 seconds.

Thanks for all of the help guys !! I have talked my dealer (by phone) about a service/repair manual and he was not sure that one was available, thus my reason for this post. I am going to have change my contact person there I am afraid. Great person, just not very technically oriented.
Have all of you guys been pretty happy with your 7520's ???
