755 60" MMM Adjustment

Bought three manuals, but figured I could get by without a deck manual...wrong. The deck in full up only moves about 2" at best. Adjustment knob works fine. My question is on the attachment arms. I have seen many examples on here, but not mine. On the left side is a turnbuckle with about 1.5" of adjustment left. The right side has a split arm with about a 3" top mount slot in it. Is the turnbuckle to just even the deck, or can I adjust the raised heigth with just the one adjustment?

I have a 60" deck on my 855.
The crank handle on the floor board, left side, is the amount of total up and down the deck will move. I run mine about 6 turns from all the way up.

Yes The turn buckle is to level the deck if needed.

That's my best guess anyway......

Found it. Wrong lift links. 4" too long. Sould have noticed the links bottoming out in the slip slots,but I was too busy looking for mechanical causes. Made some out of chain and clevises until I can fabricate some real ones.

I'm searching the forums right now and I think I have exactly the opposite problem.

I am in the process of buying a 60" mower for my 855 and the lift links are too short. I know they are different between the two.

I'd absolutely trade you for your longer ones and then we'd both be happy.

Otherwise, does anyone know where I can find the right attachment hardware for a 60" deck on an 855?
