Bought a 757 and fixing to go get it in the next week or so. Need to plan ahead, since I'm not sure if it runs or not. As it's a 90 minute drive, I want to go there once and not have to return with more gear.

Question is, if this thing is not running (was running but has been sitting for long time I've been told), can it be pushed with the hydros, or is there a trick to release the hydros and put machine into neutral to freewheel?

Any Deere ZTR owners could lend their advice, would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Under the seat, there are valves on both sides which releases the hydros. Flip up the seat and turn each valve 1/4 turn to release.

I was thinking the same thing... I was going to suggest a Toyota Tundra. They have done similar duties.

x3. I was curious how we were going to do this with a tractor!
