I have 790 john deere, I found a 440 front end loader, but I cant find anything about fitting on a 790. I was wonderig if anyone has done this before, and how hard it would be to make it work? Thanks
Why would it be hard ? Locate mount positions in the tractor castings and build mounts. I have built back hoe mounts as well as complete loaders. No magic... just common sense on position ( arm height ) vs bucket distance from the wheels. The hardest part is done when you bought the loader frame. If you have basic welding skills its a piece of cake.
