850 ignition problems

My problem happened when the coil blew up on my 850. I replaced the coil and it hasn't run since. Voltage is to everything, (converted to 12 volts) points open and close. I'm going to replace the points and condenser, but I have been looking all over for the copper strip and the insulator for the in and out side of the distributor. anybody know a good on line parts store.

just make one. I've made so many of those copper strips from pounding some copper line flat that I'll never have to make another one.. And as far as the insulator.. be creative.. license plate nylon expansion grommet.. um.. rubber cort with a hole drileld in it.. wire from the outgoing primary of the coil run straight into the dizzy thru the hole to the points and a glop of rtv.. etc.

if you have power on both sides of the coil primary.. you are not getting the points to close.. or there is an open circuit.
