855 wont move

Hi I have a 88 John deere 855 that I recently cracked a hydraulic line to cooler by the radiator. I bought a new line and reinstalled it. Now I put fluid back in to make up for what I lost. Went to move out of garage and there is no forward or reverse. Can hear it make noise some but doesn't move a hair. I recently had transmission fixed for the common issue where it will slip and make a clicking noise about 10 hrs ago on the tractor. Im thinking its air locked but the hydraulics on the snowblower work. Dealer said to run them up and down and it will work air out but after 10 minutes no change and don't want to keep running it till its figured out. I pulled line off of cooler and raised front of tractor a foot. Figured this would help but line is dry as a bone. I need help please.

Had this happen on a combine after i replaced a hydraulic cooler. I used a screwdriver at the test port with a bump of my hand to pop it open breifly while it was running, which caused it to catch prime.
