Would you like to reveal which type fuel it use's? How does it act if hooked to a load such as 2 bottom plow and throttle slowly increased? Sitting still,in neautral at fast idle then suddenly given 3/4tr throttle?
How long have you owned it? Did it run well then one day start this? Did you change anything/work on it just before this begain (especially anything with throttle linkage)?

If it is a gas job and stumbles when you give it throttle, see if a little choke helps.. If yes, open the main needle a half a turn and re-check. Too lean on the main and they will stumble on acceleration.
