873 Bobcat fluid leak from vent!

Hello everybody! wondering if anybody can help I have a 873 bobcat skidsteer that is pushing hydraulic fluid out of the vent cap on top of the tank,:confused2: it seems to only do it when I use the controls mostly from what I noticed is the drive controls but it could also be the boom any ideas were to look first I was thinking pos filters ect ?

My first thought is that the tank is overfilled. Next would be that the oil is getting too hot. I'm not sure that filters could be the issue, but if you have pos filters you should change them anyway and eliminate that as a possiblity.

Is the oil foamed up? You may have a leak into a hose on the suction side of the pump and the air contamination is increasing the oil volume until it overflows the tank.
