My boss owns a Bobcat 873 Turbo G Series which i believe to be a 2000 or 2003, and has been complaining about having no cab heat. I've look for quite some time on the net and can find nothing to help me. i know the blower motor works but blows no warm air. since it looks to be an air cooled engine...how does the cab heater work? electric or oil warmed?

Thanks
Julian

They use the oil for heat. No water cooled radiator with the oil cooled duetz engine. I heard from some owners, they may have a shut off valve in the line to keep the oil from circulating through the heater. Look for one.
