I need to sharpen the blades on my 72" MMM. Looking at the owner's guide it recommends special spanner tools. Is it possible to just remove the blades with an open end wrench, lots of muscle or leverage and a few blocks of wood to hold the blade tight?
If so, are these bolts holding the blades on right hand or left hand threaded?
What do you folks think? Any comments on what had worked for you in the past?
