99 Kioti LK 3504 Steering very hard

I had my sector shaft break on my tractor. Found a replacement and finally got it installed. Everything is put back together but my steering is very difficult almost like I no longer have power steering. Any suggestions? The steering, hydraulics and PTO all are fed from the same hydraulics reservoir correct? My Hydraulics reservoir is full.

How did you resolve your difficult steering? I have a LK3054 and its difficult when turning from center to the right. Turning from center to the left is fine because the power steering is working.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
