From reading around the interweb, I think the problem with my hydraulic system is a worn cylinder/seals. The hydraulics will leak down in about 1 minute once the motor is turned off. It will also slowly leak down when near the ground and with the tranny engaged (causing problems using yard box).

Id there a write up or something showing how to rebuild the cylinder. I read one website that said to use a NAApiston but I don't know what that even is really.

an NAA piston would be the hydraulic cylinder piston out of a FORD NAA or Golden Jubilee. its the last of the N series of ford tractors.
