Odds are that they will. I broke a lower link on my 51 8n and I replaced it with one from my nineteen seventy something 2110 diesel (industrial version of the 2000). I got rid of that 2110 about 10 years ago, but I am still running the 8n. It looks kind of goofy with yellow lower link arm on one side, but it works just fine and is exactly the same length as the original was.
The link that I salvaged from the 2110 was bent pretty bad. I heated it up with a torch and hammered it straight before putting it on the 8n. I bought a new one for the 2110 at the local NH dealer (and it wasn't cheap). The "heat-straightened" yellow one that is still on my 8n has held up very well and will likely outlast the other "red" OEM one on the other side. The 8n really doesn't have enough power on the hydraulics to do any further damage to it. Before I re-used that old yellow one from the 2110 on my 8n, I tried a new after-market one from Tractor supply. That POS was cheap, but only lasted me a few weeks before it got bent.
