I'm changing out my blown BX2200 steering pump lines, and have a couple of related parts questions for those who have ventured under their floorpan:
1) Do all of the BXs use the same steering lines, and if I order lines for a BX2200, will I get upgraded lines? I don't want to end up with the inferior OEM lines again - rumor has it that the newer BX's have upgraded lines.
2) There is a rubber boot on the driveshaft on the fitting directly in front of the HST fan. Mine has disintegrated. Do I care, and it is as much of a nightmare to replace as the fan, or is it just two bolts?
3) Can I buy the little plugs that hold the floormat down individually, or do they come in packs? Also, the right side plug that holds down the plate under the battery broke - what is with that thing? It's different than the one on the other side (left one has a screw that actually turns) and appeared impossible to remove without simply breaking it in half - which is exactly what I did.
Thanks
