I've been planning out some mods for a while now and have finally started and have a few installed. Front and rear work lights, a 12 volt power outlet, some gauges, a permanent plug for my sprayer and on and on. Anyway all these things require power and I don't like to tap all that off the battery with inline fuses and such, so I bought a painless wiring fuse block, it is weatherproof with 4 ignition hot circuits and 3 constant hot circuits. Getting it installed wasn't too bad once the plastic cowling/trim was pulled from around the steering column. I mounted it about the same height as the factory fuse block but on the other side of the steering column, a small amount of trimming was required to the plastic trim to get it to fit around the relay on the fuse block.

To power the relay a ignition hot source is needed, since the key is so close I tapped on there. I ended up changing it after this picture and put the two wires together in one ring terminal but I forgot to take a picture.

I had a hard time deciding where to mount the lights but I think I like where they are, just need more seat time at night to be sure.
This picture shows the front lights, I must have forgot to take picture of the rear lights, I'll get one tomorrow.

The wiring from the front lights is ran through the ROPS and then along factory wiring to the switches. This picture with the seat removed shows how I ran the wiring along factory wiring.

I wanted to get a factory looking switch that matched the switch for the hazard lights but i couldn't find anything, so i went with toggle switches mounted by the range and cruise levers. I need to take a picture of the switches installed tomorrow also, but this picture shows the under side of the switches as I was wiring them.

Trying to find a good place for the 12 volt plug was tough since I wanted it near the fender but didn't want it to look out of place. Just to the left of the seat is a rubber grommet plugging a hole about 1" diameter, it just happens that it is the perfect size for the 12 volt plug. So this is where it's at for now, once I get my phone mount and get it set up and the phone charger connect we'll see if it will work but for now I am happy with it.

More mods will be coming but this is a start at least.
