Lamb Ragu
This is one of our favorites...
Best made with left-over lamb (and gravy)
Stew the leftover meat from racks, legs, shanks etc... With lots of onions...when the onions are cooked to transparency...thicken with left-over gravy or cornstarch etc...
serve over buttered mashed potatoes that have lots of carrots that were boiled and whipped with the potatoes...
The mashed potatoes with carrots is the key...you don't need no stinking mint jelly!!!
