The Dunkirk airport host a fly in breakfast once a year which is great when your daughter loves planes. This last Sunday was when they had it this year. I went with my parents and my daughter Ava who is almost 3. Well, we ended up taking a ride in a plane (it was a first for all of us). As soon as the pilot reved the engine Ava started yelling with excitement. It was a great experience but a short one as the rides were just into the air, circle around and land. However, I was able to get a nice picture of one of the properties I farm.
The first pic is my main hay farm. Everything in Red is what I currently farm there. The section in yellow is 40 acres that I have an agreement to buy. You can see the end of one of the runways of the airport in the top left.
The second picture is Ava as she was coming off of the plane.
After we left the airport we went to Midway Park in Maple Springs (it is a small amusement park on Chautauqua Lake) and let Ava play there until 6pm.
There was a lot of work I should have been doing on Sunday but I was glad I skipped it to spend the whole day with Ava
