a hydraulic problem

i have a 6710 with a bad hydraulic problem. i notice when i'm hooked up to a disk the hydraulics are slow. Just got a bushwhacker 15 foot and will baraley fold up the wings some . the wings will not fold up all the way. we tested the bush hog before we got it on a 6715 jd and everything worked fine so we know its not the bush hog. also the lift arms work fine and the pto is ok also

could this ford tractor have a strainer on the hydraulics? if so how hard would it be to change out?
